The first event of the second day was ice karting. This is like normal karting, just that the track is covered with ice. Since the karts are rear-wheel driven it is very easy to drift an slide (and to loose control of your kart)! It was really a lot of fun! This video gives an idea of how it looks like. It shows the group after us.
After ice karting we joined another part of our group to go up the mountain and visit the Sami museum Samiland. In the evening we had reindeer burgers for dinner and went on a snowshoe walk. Still no northern lights, though…
